Mehall Contracting

The facility specialists.

If it is on your facility, we build it, fix it, protect it, and keep it compliant.

[ Est. 2008 · Phoenix, AZ ]

How we do business.

No handcuff contracts

We do not lock clients into year-long agreements. People stay because the work earns it, month after month.

Your success is our success

We operate as a partner, not a vendor. We work through problems together, and we win together.

Specialized, with range

Not a general contractor, and not a one-trick specialist. A niche crew with the breadth to cover the whole facility.

[ What we stand for ]

We run on our values.

Absolute Integrity

We operate from a higher moral standard: honest, transparent, and ethical in every action, with clients and with each other.

Professional Respect

Every situation handled with respect and professionalism. Strong relationships, with clients and crew, come from how we treat people.

Prompt Responsiveness

We act, respond, and follow up fast. Momentum resolves problems, and a quick answer shows how much we care.

The team running it.

[ Todd Mehall · Founder ]

The founder story.

Todd started Mehall Contracting in 2008 with a simple approach: take the work nobody else would. Chopping ice out of industrial freezers with chainsaws, demoing structures no one else would touch. He became known for the unique, outlandish jobs.

Wastewater fell into that bucket. Todd saw industrial facilities struggling to build and run their wastewater programs, so he went deep: the permits, the equipment, the process. That specialty became a reputation, and the reputation became a company.

In 2025 he took it further, partnering with Inframark to carry the model beyond Phoenix and across the Southwest. The way this organization runs comes straight from the founder's heart: tight, focused, and built on values that bleed through every crew.

Backed by Inframark and Azuria.

Mehall operates as a business unit of Inframark, part of the Azuria Water Solutions family: one of the largest water and wastewater service organizations in the country. Decades of experience, deep engineering resources, and true end-to-end capability, behind the same local crews.
